Many possibilities: Anything from gall stones to gastritis, acid reflux to esophagitis. Even pancreatitis. See your doctor!

Probably normal: It's normal for there to be numbness after massage or stretching. Sometimes the nerve gets pinched, a nearby muscle inflamed. As long as there is no weakness and the numbness gets better there is nothing to worry about.

Decreased sensation: Less sensitivity to pin or light touch in the arm.  May correspond to anatomical distribution such as ulnar or median nerve, or perhaps cervical anatomical correlates.  May be localized using standard testing.  Causes are multiple.

Sleeping style chang: Definitely, credit should be given to the changes that you've made, either knowingly or unknowingly. You essentially must have changed your sleeping style. Keep an eye out for a return, but for the most part it seems that you are healed.

Cerv Radiculopathy: Pain that radiates into the arm with associated numbness or weakness, suggests a pinched nerve. In older patients, this is often due to arthritis. Younger patients, herniated disc is often the cause. If symptoms result from postures or positions of the arm or shoulder, other causes are suggested: thoracic outlet, cubital or carpal tunnel. For symptoms that persist or worsen have a doc take a look.

Yes: There studies that proves that migraine sufferers have high chance of stroke. Make sure it is migraine and not aneurysm,  am etc.
