Loss of strength is particularly concerning.

Radiculopathy: Most likely this pain represent lumbar radiculopathy, depending on the length of the system, you either can start physical therapy or see a pain specialist in your area.

Numbness: Most likely its called a morton's neuroma. This is a pinched nerve between the knuckles of the foot just behind the toes that are involved. Usually the 3rd and 4th. Avoid tight constricting shoes with heels.
Advil, alleve, Ibuprofen can help reduce the swelling in the nerve. Sometimes a steroid shot is needed if symptoms worsen.

: Could be a corn (callous).  Likely need bigger shoes. Life is too short to wear small shoes.

Probally not: Most of the time meds will effect all the toes not just the big toes, could be pressure  being cauused by your shoes. Needto see a foot docto be sure.

Your : Your symptoms may reflect something called a peripheral neuropathy.  This condition tends to affect the feet first but may also affect the hands.  The typical symptoms include pins and needles sensation, burning, numbness, and pain.  Individuals afflicted with this condition may struggle at night because of restless legs.  Balance problems are also associated and can lead to falls.
