They have learned that sexual intercourse with penetration alone often does not bring much sexual pleasure for the female.  It is the manipulation of the clitoris that adds orgasm to the sexual encounter for the female.  You may want to add this to your sexual play or teach your partner to do the same.

Numbness after sex. : Numbness, tingling, light headed ness, and sleepiness are all commonly experienced symptoms after orgasm for both genders. Except for sleepiness the others should be transient. Given the complex interaction of cardiac, respiratory, neural, and intra abdominal pressure changes going on at the time, it is expected that these effects might be experienced. Nothing to worry about!

Hyperventilation: Breathing very rapidly can make you blow off too much carbon dioxide and one of the symptoms of this hyperventilation is that numb tingly feeling.

Go to doctor: Sometimes, it is your mind feeling guilty and you feel that not taking all the antibiotics is causing the problem, or you may have a problem no associated with the infection. Uti are actually easy to treat and we usually over treat. Go to your doctor to see if infection gone, and have peace of mind. If the problem persists, then the cause is something else and has to be diagnosed.

Not typically: numbness needs to be evaluated. While spasm decreases blood flow to muscle and occasionally surrounding tissue, any permanent injury remains rare. See a neurologist or PMR doc for full eval. It is also possible that your sexual position resulted in a pinched nerve, exclusive of the spasm.

What 2 do? Encourage: ..her to see a doctor.  Her gynecologist is a reasonable first step to check for physical abnormalities.  Lack of pleasure with sex can be caused by life stress, fatigue, neurologic problems such as MS, some medications, depression, marital conflict...the list is long. : That is unusal and there likely is some underlying issues from the previous rapes. People often enjoy some pain with sex but they are not people who have had previous rapes and they also enjoy all other aspects of sexual interaction. It would be good if you considered going to a sexual therapist to discuss and have a treatment plan that will allow you to enjoy all aspects of sex.

Ventilation: Is it possible you were hyperventilating?  Sounds like a heavy breathing induced  phenomena. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Need lubrication: May be you need some lubrication and try to retract after using vaseline gradually and if it bleeds or you are not able to do it see a urologist as you may have adhesions or a partial phimosis and will need circumcision
if lubrication works always retract the foreskin and clean wirth soap and water from keep this happening again
you also have a choice of circumcision.
