I see no problem: Zma (zinc monomethionine aspartate and magnesium aspartate) is a supplement used by bodybuilders and athletes.
Nugenix is male supplement(testosterone)  product.

Probably: It is "probably" safe to take Nugenix and Lisinopril, however no studies have been done. Nugenix has not been FDA approved, so no one can say for sure.  There have been no reports of it lowering blood pressure. The main ingredient in Nugenix is Fenugreek, a common herb grown in India, and some have reported a lowering of blood sugar when this is taken. Check with your Dr, as it CAN thin the blood.

Sports supplements: You can find and buy sports supplements at any one of the many stores in your neighborhood. All of the stores would gladly provide bulk supplements. The real questions is "how much do you need and how much can you afford!"

Yes: Most biologically active substances lose potency over time. The expiration date is not always accurate but unless you know better, you should follow it. By the way, why are you even taking such pills. Unless you are pregnant or plan to be, there is no need. Get what you need from food and sun.

Not especially: Spirulina is blue-green algae found in salt water and some fresh water lakes.  It is a source of protein, B-vitamins and iron.  Some have promoted it as a weight loss or fatigue treatment but there isn't much scientific evidence to support great effectiveness for blue-green algae supplements.  It is no better than meat, fish or milk as a source of protein, but is much more expensive per gram.

Depends on dose: Under 3 grams a day is generally safe. The american heart association recommends that if you take more than 3 grams a day of omega-3 fatty acids, you should do so under a doctor's care. High intake of fish oil supplements can cause bleeding in some people.

Not likely to work.: There is no evidence in the scientific literature regarding the efficacy of these ayurvedic oils on penis size. No topical medicine has successfully increased penis size, even hormonally active ones. Penis size is determined genetically & at specific periods of development in utero, infancy, and puberty. Trying to enlarge it outside of this is like trying to change the size of any other body part.
