Probably not: Normal, healthy people in the developed world are usually not vitamin deficient, but can take a daily vitamin with minerals supplement just to make sure they get some vitamins and minerals that might not be in their diet if they don't have a very varied diet. Such supplements don't increase or decrease weight gain in normal people. One can check to see how many calories are in her supplements.

I am afraid so: But there re otherssri without an effect on weight.  Paxil (paroxetine) is very good for anxiety and panic attacks because it acts relatively quickly but other agents are just as good, they just take a little longer.  No pill is good for everybody and some experimentation is in order.

Yes: It partly depends on the dose. For some people there is no weight gain. There are other common -- but not necessariy inevitable --side effects: sexual problems, dry mojuth and dry eyes, are among the commonest.  YOu have to weigh these against the benefits.

Relatively minor: You are on a low dose of Lamotrigine and it is likely that you will not experience any new side effects if you conceive.  Based on pregnancy registry data, likely safe for babies but not fully clear if any teratogenic risk.  It is a weight neutral drug, and will not cause weight gain.
