: Water won't revive dead sperm. Once sperm dries it is dead.

Three days: This is what i learned in training, but that was in a prehistoric era.  More contemporary research might assert otherwise.  Anyway, is long enough to make conception a crap shoot.  Be careful!

: depends on the fabric. poorly or not at all thru synthetic and poorly thru natural fiber. sperms are very fastidious and do not survive in conditions not normal to them.

You may or may not be aware of "wet dreams" but in fact normal men have penile stiffening during sleep &amp; semen may leak at any point during that process.
