maybe should be having occupational therapy to help with this 
generally it takes several weeks of concerted effort to regain full function in a hand injured in this way.

i had a cts op 6 weeks ago. plus two steroid injections (trigger fingers-4th and 5th). still pain, swelling, numbness and stiffness. is that normal?

: ALS needs a good clinical as well as lab work in addition NRI.  It could be something else too. Pl see a good neurologist. Wish you well

No: It is not normal and is unlikely related to the injection. However, I would see the doctor who injected the knee and have the issue evaluated.

Prolonged: flexion and pressure on the popliteal space should not normally be a problem unless associated with prior injury, obesity, vascular insufficiency or other pathology.  Try to uncover and correct these first.  If none of those are in play then stretch your legs regularly to avoid.

Not sure : what you said. Exercise helps fibromyalgia and other general stiff muscles; but I do not know how China fits into this. The breathing issue would first have to be evaluated to see where the problem is. Sometimes people just think there is a breathing problem.Or it can be lack of lung space (obesity), fitness, or other.

Stiffness : Not unusual for a couple of days after any injection.

Pain/stiffness occur: Pain and stiffness is definitely common at just 6 weeks after a subacromial decompression of the shoulder. Physical therapy and NSAIDs will help. Expect a steady improvement in motion, pain relief and overall feeling better between 6 and 12 weeks after similar surgery.
