Keep it simple: I recommend trying once on the day of the trigger, and once again anytime the next day. You can certainly do more than that but that should cover all of the reasonable opportunities in one cycle. Having the male "save up" (abstinence) for around 3 days before may also optimize his sperm. Good luck!

Normal Sperm Motilit: Most labs have seen a drop in the normal range over time. the majority of labs say anything over 40% motility is fine. Consider Male Motility Enhancer @ Theralogix.com if less than that. See a urologist to check for dilated testicular veins, a varicocele. First, though recheck an SA after 3-4 days abstinence.

Testicle failure: The only ways to see if you have testicular failure is to have your doctor examine your testes and also order a blood level of testosterone.
