5 - 7 inches erect: For average caucasian male. Average length can be longer in some men of african or partially african descent. Similarly average can be a little shorter in some asians. This is from personal experience & without any racial bias.

: At 25 you have what you will end up with. There are many advertised supplements of exercises that promise to add length or girth, but these are a way to enrich the promoter, not gain penile size. An enterprising urologist may  be willing to build one to order (with limited surgical success).
