Natural pregnancy has a low chance of success. But low is not none.

Who knows?: Addyzoa is a combination herbal supplement which has totally unproven ingredients. Who knows whether it will help him, but it is highly unlikely and never scientifically studied. Can it harm him? Who knows, as that has also never been studied. Talk w/your doctor.

If the female evaluation is good, then you can ask your gynecologist for a trial of insemination with processed sperm. Please be reminded that it takes intact male and female evaluation to have a conception. IVF can be considered as an option if IUI fails.

Good: Those numbers are all good; better than average. Usually total motile normal is more important than individual parameters, but sometimes an individual number will rule if it is significantly out of the normal range.
