i'm 21, with amh level of 2.10. not sure what scale it is in. i'm reading online that above a 1.0 is normal. do i fall in this normal range?

Yes: An amh of 2.1 ng/ml is normal, indicating normal ovarian reserve. As far as ovarian function goes, you should likely have healthy eggs that would allow you to get pregnant. Good luck.

my mullerian inhibiting substance-amh is 0.1ng/ml, ultrsound normal, please advise chances of normal pregnancy. my hba1c level is 8.5 please suggest.

3 problems : Maternal age of 47 usually results in decreased fertility. A low amh means that you have very little ovarian reserve and likely will not respond to ovarian stimulation. Your diabetes is also not under control. If pregnancy is desired then you may need to use donor eggs.

i'm 21 and have normal menstrual cycle, don't suffer from any desease and take no medicine. but my amh level is 7.12 pmol/l, and other hormones are ok. does this mean a poor chance to ever get pregnant? i'm scared and upset. thanks a lot?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.

i am 38 years old and my wife is 35 years old and we are trying to conceive a baby. she has normal periods and hormone levels(amh,fsh,lh) and my sperm count is also ok. during sex my wife does not get orgasm and is that the reason for no conception?

Usually not: Female orgasm is not essential in the conception process although it does produce rhythmic smooth muscle contractions of the Fallopian tubes and uterine musculature helping sperm migration.  Ovulation frequency at age 35 is a greater concern.

Yes: It depends upon whether you're referring to pmol/l measurement or ng/ml, which are different ways of expressing the result. Pmol/l are generally about 10x higher than ng/ml. In either case, you're value is low (particularly if your level is in ;mol/l) and should be discussed with your gyn if you're trying to get pregnant.

AMH alone: Anti-mullerian hormone is sometimes used to evaluate ovarian function and fertility and conditions such as PCOS or premature ovarian failure. The levels you report for your age group would not be indicative of an underlying problem if in ng/ml, but should not be used alone as a diagnostic test.

Varies: Amh levels do not change significantly throughout the menstrual cycle but do decrease with age. Healthy women, below 38 years old, with normal follicular status at day 3 of the menstrual cycle, have amh levels of 2.0 - 6.8 ng/ml (14.28 - 48.55 pmol/l).

: The AMH is a general indicator of the number of follicles (eggs) in your ovaries, which still number in the thousands, and has nothing to do with staying pregnant. Yours is somewhat low but is not predictive of menopause or fertility (which is dependent on multiple factors). Fertility steadily declines from about age 25, so, all things being equal, start a family when younger.

Normal/ good: AMH is good for predicting one thing : will a woman likely respond well to ovarian stimulation medicines. Yours is in a very favorable range. Doctors often use it to "test" for other things, but this is it's only clear use. It does not predict chances of live birth. A progesterone of 22 is ovulatory, that good because that's normal.
