Non Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) Days: I assume you are calling those days you are not taking adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). I don't see why that happens. All medications for add/adhd should be administered every day including weekends and holidays, to prevent falls in the level of the medicine during those days off. If you work with a psychiatrist, you must have 30 days supply of your medications, and also practice behavioral exercises to reduce symptoms.

Possible; unlikely: If you're having hallucinations, see your doctor immediately!  at typical doses, Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is quite unlikely to cause hallucinations ever, let alone two days after starting it.  However, some people are vulnerable to hallucinations, and Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) might uncover that vulnerability it rare instances.  It's a major symptom.  I suggest stopping the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) until you've checked in with your doctor.

Not necessarily: I find that  sometimes when titrating up a patient's dose  on a stimulant, they may intially have a more robust response when the dose is first increasd, and then it may drop a little.

About 4 days: The half-life is about 12 hours so 24 hours after stopping about 1/4 will still be in your body, in 2 days 1/16 will remain etc. so it depends on how sensitive the test is. Adderall is dangerous and addicting. I strongly advise not using it if it has not been prescribed.

Adderall s/e?: Did your dose change so that you're more comfortable? Increased blood pressure and rapid heart rate (which can feel like anxiety) are possible side effects of Adderall that should be reported to prescribing doc and evaluated. Lowering dose and/or changing timing of when dose is given can lessen these s/e. Glad you're feeling better.

i can only poop after taking adderall. on days i dont take it, i cant go. when i am back on adderall and finally poop, its usually diarrhea. could this be a dependency on adderall or is something wrong with my stomach muscles? ive tried benefiber?

: There are many other ways of dealing with constipation other than taking Adderall. Physical exercise is critical aside from diet and hydration. Talk to your prescribing doc for options other than high risk meds used for their side effect, eventually causing undesired effects (diarrhea).

Not usually: Are you taking any other medications?  When do the tremors start?  Have you discussed this with your doctor?
