Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Pregnancy: Anytime you have unprotected intercourse you could be pregnant.  There are many signs and symptoms of pregnancy but none of them are consistent or sure indicators of pregnancy.  If you have missed a period then check a pregnancy test at home or in your doctors office.  This is the only way to know for sure if you are pregnant.

Could be: Breast tenderness is common in pregnancy.  I see more itching later in pregnancy, but i suppose it could be early too.  If you have larger breasts and the itching is on the under side, pull them up and look for redness.  Women can get a yeast infection under the breasts as well, which can be painful.

Pregnancy: If your breasts were tender on sept 13 and you proved positive on the 23rd you were probably pregnant on the 7th or 8th if that is when you ovulated.  Have a great baby.
