Typically more sore: Women who are pregnant commonly report increasing soreness and breast swelling. Otc pregnancy tests are increasingly more sensitive and i would try one of these or ask you doctor for a serum hci.

Probably ok: Breast pain is common, especially before your period. I would wait until after your period, and see what happens. It usually disappears.  However, breast pain may come and go during the course of the month based on your hormonal levels, and is usually nothing to worry about.

Side effects: Rash, dizziness and headache are the most common symptoms, although flu like symptoms, dysmenorrhea and muscle soreness have been reported.  It was wise to consider that these are side effects.  They may improve with time.  Be sure to report them to your prescriber.

MASTALGIA: ZOLOFT (sertraline) CAN CAUSE MASTALGIA (breast pain) , MASTITIS IS BREAST INFLAMMATION. You need a full exam labs. Also mammogram and ultrasound of the area in question to define the anatomy. It can be commonly caused by Fibrocystic Breast Disease. Limit caffeine in diet. Start VIT E orally and topically. Follow up with your doctor for reevaluation. SSRI (Zoloft) can also cause irregular menses .

i have a 25 day cycle and been having cramps and breast soreness since 2dpo what could that mean period due in 9daya sympyoms have not eased?

Cramps/breast sore: Could be premenstrual  syndrome. consider motrin if not allergic  200 mg 2 tabs 3 x a day. Too early to tell if pregnant,  usually not  till 1 week after late  period. may  be mittleschmerz  pain when ovulation occurs ( but usually no breast tenderness but eveyrthing varies) . if a discharge or persists consider evlauati onto insure not vaginal infection or UTI. F/U with doc/urgent care
