: Typically, drug screens look at opioids and sedative/ tranquilizers.  Am unaware of any commercial testing to detect drugs such as modafinil.

Altered blood: Brownish color is normal for menstrual blood due to alteration brought about by admixture of blood and shed endometrial lining.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.

Depends: on the amount consumed, whether consuming alcohol at the same time, or any other drug, usually urine tox screen looks for cocaine or one of the metabolites which stays longer in the body, don't believe any would be cleared in next 48 hours, better seek help, check this link, good luck

Probably not: The presence of reducing substances and pus cells in small concentrations doesn't necessarily indicate infection, but it seems your doctor prescribed Taxin O just in case.  EBF babies typically have soft stools that may also appear "seedy" &amp; range from yellow to green in color.  Iron supplements can make the stool darker.  Since your baby is active &amp; growing, most like s'he is fine.
