See your doctor: Many of your symptoms do sound consistent with pregnancy but with a negative pregnancy test i doubt you are pregnant.  Talk with your doctor, they may suggest birth control pills just so you will have regular cycles.

Abdominal symptoms: If there is' a chance of pregnancy, do pregnancy test. If negative, you will need to see a doc to talk to him about your symptoms. Unfortunately, none of them are highly specific for any disease, so it's like poking in the air for us to guess what's going on.

Possibly: Pregnancy is always a possibility. Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test.  These usuallly turn positive when you're about a week late.  If it's negative, repeat in a week and call your doctor.

Likely related to : Your cycle. Breast soreness that is bilaterall (both breasts hurt equally) is less concerning than unilateral breast pain. Talk to your obgyn but the best thing is to make sure you use approrpirate suppor garments. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and or Motrin are helpful.
