Yes: If the kidney stone blocks the ureter, intense pain can cause intense sweating. Moreover, if the stone blocks the kidney from draining urine and the urine becomes infected, the infection can act like an abscess. Not only will fever and seats occur but the kidney can be permanently damaged.

Fever is illness: Fever typically means that your body is fighting an infection and is "heating up" to help your normal cells in the process.  A night sweat is just a nocturnal occurrence of a a hot flush.  This happens in women starting to undergo the menopausal transition.  As estrogen levels fall/fluctuate with declining ovarian function, the brain centers that control body temperature go a bit haywire...

Hunger/ sweating: There is limited information, but in general being hungry is a good sign, usually when one is ill you lose your appetite even for a severe  sore throat. When one has a period there is a variety of hormonal responses so it may be a rare response/ reaction. Would not worry unless it recurs. Follow up with your doctor.
