Long acting Niacin: Niaspan is an extended release version of niacin.  It is used to raise good cholesterol (hdl), lower bad cholesterol (ldl), and reduce triglycerides.
 Niacin is a vitamin (b3), also known as nicotinic acid.

Cholesterol meds: Welchol comes in a powder form that can be mixed with water and taken before dinner (also comes in pills but have to take 6/day). There is Zetia (ezetimibe) as well. Red yeast rice up to 2400mg a day together with coq10 200mg/day may result in less muscle pains. Discuss these options with your doctor.

Niacin.: I'd quite frankly be worried about the effect of that much Niacin on your liver. Is your nutritionist checking your blood tests regularly?

Maybe: In theory, Niacin helps increase blood flow. Taking a supplement has also helped some folks subjectively. So, some who take Niacin may notice improvement in their tinnitus, but it is likely not from the added circulation. Ototoxic damage is not reversed by increased blood circulation.

What drug test: Niacin isn't a controlled substance so I'm sure you'll pass if they detect it in your urine. If you mean cholesterol, it depends on how high you were before starting Niacin and what you've been eating for the past 3 weeks.

You can't: I would no more tell anybody how to falsify a drug test, than I would tell someone how to fake their blood sugar. You are responsible for the consequences of your actions, including drug use.  Drug tests have become very sophisticated, and both the tests and those using them have become quite good at detecting methods to falsify results. Consider getting help for drug problem rather than passing.

In terms of interactions, these may be caused by using Niaspan (niacin) with alcohol, certain cholesterol lowering meds like simvastatin, and others. However, in general is is safe to use with other medications.

No: Though interactions were reported in patients taking these two agents, Humira (adalimumab) and niacin, the patients were taking multiple other medications. It was not shown to be an interaction between the Niacin and humira (adalimumab). To test it individually, the Niacin could simply be stopped for a month assuming the Niacin was being used to treat hyperlipidemia. Ask your doctor if it is safe to hold the niacin.

Likely to pass: Nicotine and cotinine should be out of your system in 14 days. Niacin is not likely to help. Now that you are off tobacco. do not ever use it again.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
