Unlikely: As long as hyour intake of water-soluble (Niacin, B12, Folate, Thiamine, Riboflavin,Biotin) and lipid soluble ( A,D,E) vitamins are within FDA standards, you should see no harmful effects - suggest taking the lipid soluble vitamins within daily guidelines to avoid toxicity, excesses of water soluble vitamins rarely cause medical issues...

NO: Nicotinic acid or Niacin is not intended to treat depression and has not been approved in this condition.
Niacin is used for treatment of "dyslipidemis or imbalance of cholesterol - it increased "good" HDL cholesterol. It should not be taken without medical consult due to possible liver toxicity.
