how often should a 3day old newborn baby pee & poop?

As often as: he or she wants to.  A newborn should have at least 5-6 wet diapers a day. A breast fed newborn can mat poop after every feed but after a week or so may not have a stool for over a week.  As long as the baby is comfortable and the stools are normal the frequency is not important.

See full ans: Urinary infections usually do not affect the baby, but if the infection spreads to your blood it might. So better get it checkedout. You may need to be on an antibiotic, but mention to your doctor that you are breast feeding so they can prescribe you meds that will not affect the baby.

Glycerine: Try a glycerine suppository, and see your pediatrician today if possible. Go to the ER for any fever, vomiting, poor feeding, looks floppy, or seems dehydrated.

Kidney issues?: Frothy urine is the text book description of a kidney condition called nephrotic syndrome where you spill a lot of protein into your urine. But "frothy" is a subjective term and your urine needs to be properly evaluated in person.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Urinalysis can demonstrate UTI, or blood in urine. UTI treated with antibiotics, overactive bladder with medication. Blood in urine warrants cystoscopy.
