No risk, no worry: Sexual transmission of HIV requires intercourse. There is no risk from fingering, regardless of cuts etc on the fingers.

: HIV has never been known to be transmitted by hand-genital contact or fingering. But please don't push your luck:  such contact often leads to intercourse, even if not originally intended, so have condoms handy! Or avoid all contact with HIV infected partners, unless known to be on anti-HIV drugs with HIV undetectable in his blood (in which case risk is zero even with unprotected vaginal sex).

D epends Bld contact: Hiv can be spread when a carrier's fresh blood comes in intimate contact. If there were open wounds on the hand of your infected girl & blood occasionally  came in contact with your body, the blood could bring you the virus. The minor trauma of sexual activity could grind this contaminated blood into your skin & find an opening to infect you.

HIV prevention: Duplicate question? Very similar question from South Africa recently. The answer is the same:  HIV is not transmitted by fingering, despite cuts or nicks on the fingers. But if you are sexually active, please take steps to prevent HIV:  consistent condom use outside monogamy with an HIV negative partner; circumcision; and ask doctor/clinic about pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) with anti-HIV drugs.
