Highly Inappropriate: If you are saying that you take Dilaudid without a prescription this is illegal and highly dangerous.  You should cease this behavior immediately and see a doctor for your current symptoms.  There were 16, 651 deaths from prescription opioids last year.  You need to make sure you're not a statistic.

See a doctor: A doctor would need to examine you to see a if a prescription is warranted. If needed, he/she could provide one.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine,

Not via this forum: In our other forum, HealthTap PRIME, doctors see you via smartphone, tablet, or laptop; and may do some prescriptions if in the U.S. They can see images you upload before or during a consultation. PRIME is accessible from anywhere in the world. There is a fee. The fee does not change, regardless of whether or not a doctor thinks a patient should be given a prescription without an in-person exam.
