Lab data: Your WBC count is slightly high and you have a slightly increased percentage of neutrophils (these are cells that ingest foreign objects like bacteria and kill them). You are not anemic. Why this is happening can only be interpreted by the doctor seeing you.

Maybe,maybe not: Any stress might produce a mild stress pattern on a blood count giving a slight rise in total wbc's but these would be mature forms & in normal percentage. Teething is often a label used when no specific reason for when fussiness or fever is found on exam & I have doubts that  it is a real process. (just one that the lay public will easily accept).

No: There has been no significant change in your CBC. However, your immune system is much more than what you can see in a CBC. Have you been having more frequent or severe infections to make you think your immunity might be inadequate?

Sounds normal: Sounds like a normal cbc.  Wbc of 7.3 is in normal range, neither too high nor too low.  The neut, lym., eos., mono., and baso are the 5 types of wbc's and the numbers indicate the percentage of each of the 7.3 (actually 7300) .  The percentages show a normal distribution.  Platelets help your blood to clot, and the number is normal.  Finally are the rbc's, and the numbers for them are normal.

Abnormal lab values: Low Alkaline phosphatase is seen in low vitamin B levels especially B6. The low white count with lymphocytes indicate sometime viral infection. So you may need evaluation it this persists. You will need to make sure you are eating foods rich in B vitamins and make the diet plant strong.

Need more info:  Why were the tests done? Some viral infections can increase the lymphocyte count temporarily. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests, though it does not seem to be a serious issue.
