TWITCHING: may be a sign of INNERVATION!  (Nerve "coming back") Unfortunately, it can also occur with the ABSENCE of nerve connections! Your Surgeon can order an EMG\NCS ( Probably a repeat since you very likely have had the study before)

Healing likely: Most commonly they will tend to improve.  When lacerated the decided small nerve ending can find their partners.  When by crush or repetitive blows, particularly over a small area, over time the nerves can heal. Light massage to the area can help diminish the discomfort and expedite healing.

Broken arm: Could definitely be a nerve problem and you should get it checked out asap.  Many nerve problems are avoidable or treatable i.E a cast might be too tight or there is a hematoma (blood) pressing on a nerve that can be drained. Or maybe the fracture needs to be treated differently. Best of luck.

: The surgeon who did your surgery and knows the current status of all these repaired structures should advise both the occupational therapist and you what type of therapy and both passive&amp;active exercises would be best for you.

Back Pain: Firstly most back pain is muscular in nature. Having a nerve caught up is usually very painful and will also cause radiating pain from the back to other areas. If its simply muscular then doing exercises will help. If you have more concern like nerve involvement then its better you see someone who can help.

Pinched nerve?: You may have a pinched nerve in your wrist arm or neck.  You may also have some hand arthritis  however your age is a little too young for this.  Should see your doctor as some bedside exam findings and further questions can help make the diagnosis.  There are also tests called nerve conduction tests which can help confirm the diagnosis.

Maybe: The nerve that goes through your wrist may be getting compressed.This is called "carpal tunnel syndrome" and is very treatable. See your dr.

Take it easy: I would avoid heavy lifting, take some Ibuprofen or naproxen, and use heat or cold on the affected area three times a day for 20inutes. If you get no better see a doctor.

2 issues: Pain and ligament/nerve dysfunction. Call your surgeon to discuss those issues. Topical agents such as Voltaren Gel, icing,  and lidocaine ointment can provide some relief, but if there is nerve entrapment, it will need to be relieved/released. Discuss with your surgeon surgical vs non-surgical treatments. Good luck
