Fibromyalgia: Multiple symptoms unrelated. Fifth digit numbness suggests ulnar nerve entrapment. Neck and shoulder could be poor position or neck muscles strain. Sciatic pain- poor position, muscle strain fibromyalgia, disc bulge. Eye twitch- too much caffeine, poor sleep, stress or eye straining. Check with your physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. have eye twitch in left eye/jaw/cheek when smiling, raising left eye brow, & sometimes talking.  does not happen on its own only with facial movement.  also a cpap user went to gp and suggested facial nerve irritated due to headgear being too tight?

Not worrisome: The facial nerve is being stimulated and firing on certain occasions.  It is probably irritated just in front of the center of the ear.  Try using some heat in this area if the symptoms are annoying.  It will disappear with time.

i am on day 7 nonstop twitching under left eye in bag area. its a rhythmic twitch that never takes a break. i cant feel it but i can see it. ive tried everything but it keeps on twitching. should i be concerned?

: You almost certainly possess orbital myokymia, which is a self limited transitory benign movement disorder, which should spontaneously stop.  Can be caused by eyestrain, fatigue, lack of sleep, electrolyte imbalance.  If this spreads to entire left face, this needs further investigation.  If this is too troublesome see an opthalmologist for assistance.

Pretty Common.: Such twitching is common and usually benign.  Related to stress, meds, stimulants, sleep deprivation, etc. Unless this is progressive (becoming more frequent and involving larger areas of your face or other areas of your body)  it requires no further evaluation.

i am on day 10 nonstop twitching under my left eye in the bag area. it is rhythmic and nonstop. it continues while i sleep according to my husband. is this neurological? i keep waiting for it to stop. i can see it but not feel it?

: Believe this has been addressed previously, but if not, here are some thoughts:  1. Likelihood of experiencing orbital myokymia, which is benign and self-limited, BUT 2. Due to persistence, see an ophthalmologist or neurologist, but start with your primary doctor.

Eyelid soaks/scrubs: One of the most common causes of eyelid twitches is inflammation in the oil glands of the eyelashes. Search "blepharitis".  Hot compresses followed by scrubbing the edge of the eyelid with q-tip wet with hot water and a tiny dab of johnson's baby shampoo and control (but not cure) blepharitis.
