Wait until due: Home pregnancy tests are not useful until perhaps a day or two before the period is due. Most implantation does not cause bleeding and most bleeding in the last half of the cycle is not from implantation. No matter how badly you want to know, there is no reason to check a pregnancy test before it is time.

"AF" ?: Implantation occurs about 5-7 days after fertilization, and may in fact produce spotting. If not pregnant, a period should start 7-8 days after that.   Unsure what is meant by "AF", but if your "period" was light, get a serum pregnancy test (HCG) from your healthcare provider, which is very accurate.

Implantation: Implantation bleeding is much more common on the internet than in real life. It occurs rarely and exclusively in someone who is pregnant. The only way to know if someone had implantation bleeding or just irregular menstrual bleeding is to wait and see if you are pregnant. If your test is positive then this was implantation bleeding. If it is negative then it is just irregular menstrual bleeding.

Pregnancy tests: Pregnancy home tests are very accurate, but they do not turn positive until more than 12 +days after becoming pregnant.  Advise repeat pregnancy test as necessary.

Deep breaths :): Question: have you resumed normal cycling after finishing DMPA? If not, June 8th is not likely to be optimal for conception, it is random. I hate being the bearer of bad news but: 1) symptoms tell you nothing about conception , 2) and 'implantation bleeding' is 99% fiction. I know many online say different. Do not get discouraged, re-establish a normal cycle, and try again. Good luck!

Depends: a few days after implantation bleeding for pregnancy tests that pick up at 15miu/ml and a week or so for cheaper ones that pick up at 25miu/ml

Soon: You can take a pregnancy test when your period is due.  By then it will certainly be positive if you have conceived.

Possibly: Many things can cause bleeding and spotting from pregnancy, hormonal irregularities, medical conditions, infection..... If you believe you could be pregnant, then do a pregnancy test.  If negative then repeat in 1 week.  If still having issues or in the meantime if you develop other symptoms see a doctor
