Many possibilities: There are so many possibilities, that I cannot list them all here. It can be everything as simple as a delayed period due to stress, to conditions like thyroid disorders as an example of a hormonally dysfunctional cause of no menses.

You may have high insulin, if so or a strong family hx of diabetes, metformin, using xl version, slowly working up to 1500 mg makes about 30% of women ovulate.  You are at 2x the risk of depression.  Wellbutrin (bupropion) 300 mg can help and with metformin is excellent for wt loss.  You may heed some help with sleep, may worsen on buproprion. R u trying 2 b pregnant?

Patience: Capital modulates the hormonal menstrual cycle and it can take a wild for a normal ovulatory cycle to ensue. It can take 3 to 6 months to have normal periods again be patient.
