Maybe: Pica is a behavior that may be in response to a medical problem - specifically anemia as related to iron deficiency.  Other vitamin and mineral deficiencies may give rise to pica as well as psychiatric disorders like anxiety.

Difficult problem: Lower dentures are very unstable.  Ask your dentist about an implant supported denture.

It may be muscular: Some people that have a TMJ problem (joint in the wrong position) will rest their bite on their tongue.  They do this to find a position where the joints are able to function somewhat better that biting their teeth together which may injure the joint.  A good sign this may be occurring is if the joint clicks or pops where opening from biting the teeth together.  Check with you dentist.

Azithromycin ?: Azithromycin comes in chewable tablets. I don't know what arithromyacib is.

Chew capsules: Is there a reason why you want to chew them instead of just swallowing them down?  If the capsule contents get released, you may have a lot of coughing from the powdered contents irritating your throat.  There is also the issue regarding the capsule preventing the contents from undergoing a lot of stomach acid degradation.

Sugar Free ONLY: You cant't stop them but at least train them to use sugar free.

IF YOU TALK TO A: Dentist, yes.
If it is sugarless and it keeps you drinking water and not eating junk, as an internist dealing with the obesity epidemic, i'd say keep chewing!

clove chewing is harmful or not?

Accepted Answer

Not usually BUT: Repeated, frequent applications in your mouth or on your gums can lead to damage to teeth ; gums.  Clove should be stopped at least 2 weeks before surgeries because it contains eugenol which can slow blood clotting. It may be contraindicated with some bleeding disorders. Oral use of clove oil can be unsafe for children.
