Sounds like: cervical disc or pinched nerve.  Get to a doctor before it gets any worse.

r shoulder pain, sudden, hurts in neck, can't lift it up foward or on the side.burning stabbing sensation. cant put much weigth on it. what can this be?

Tendonitis?: Assuming no injury. At your age it is probably a tendonitis. Treatment is ice and use of nsaids such as aleve (naproxen) . It is also possible to go to an orthopedist for a steroid injection.

neck tight/pain worse when i wakeup from sleep/lift my kid.turning head rightside causing more pain.pressure in throat when i bend the neck down to work on laptop but no difficulty eating.sometime pain goes to shoulder&ear as well.google scares me.

TMJ : You may have TMJ it is called temporomandible joint disease ,donot worry ,Take some deep breath ,just see your PCP ,it is mostly stress induced and also you need pain management or night guard in mouth ,but always keep in mind we have to make sure there is nothing else going on ,

can't stand up or sit down for more than 5 minutes my low back hurt and expands to my legs. my body gets tired easly cannot even lift my arm.my muscles feels so weak. strong crump in neck and shoulder with headache. dry throat and sweat alot at sleep?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

i have pain from my neck to shoulder blade and swelling in the shoulder arm and hand with massive pain in my shoulder blade i have no strength in arm?

Could be bad: I don't like the sound of this at all.  The swelling could suggest a venous of lymphatic blockage, plus minus infection  The complete lack of strength is worrisome as well.  I hope you read this soon as i really think you need immediate medical attention in an emergency room.

i am having acute right shoulder and neck pain. now taking ift and ultrasound therapy. pain increases after strength exercises.should i continue?

Depends: It really depends on what the diagnosis is.  There are some conditions in which more pain may be expected, such as in rehab for a frozen shoulder.  There are other conditions therapy might inadvertently worsen such as a complete cuff tear or a cervical disc herniation.  You should probably be checked.  An MRI would be reasonable if it has not been done.  Thank you.

i started going to the gym recently - lots of strength training. i have a runny nose, itchy, swollen eyes & nasal passage, pain in my lower back, shoulder and all sides of my neck as well as a runny nose (colourless discharge). should i be worried?

Two Problems: The runny nose, itchy, eyes and nasal passages sound like allergic symptoms. If it started after going to the gym something in the environment there could be causing it. You can try over the counter allergy meds including nose sprays. Pain in the back and shoulder can be directly related to your exercise. If the problem persists try changing the gym and see if the symptoms improve.

Cervical strain: Sound like you strained your right para-cervical muscles.  Possibly from sleeping wrong or injury or heavy lifting.  When these muscles are tense they can compress nerves that exit the neck to your shoulder and arm, causing radiating pain down shoulder.  I recommend taking ibuprofen or naproxen, moist heat and a cervical pillow, along with neck massage,  Seek medical attention if symptoms worsen.

Difficult to say: Hard to say without an exam. Sounds like maybe a rotator cuff issue. See an orthopedic surgeon/sports med doc.

Family practice : There probably is a pinched nerve from your neck. If you have a bulging disk or a strained muscle that is irritating a nerve running down l arm.
