See your doctor: Swollen lymph nodes are usually caused by an infection. It is possible you have some sort of chronic infection, however lymph nodes that are swollen for years are concerning for lymphoma, a kind of cancer of the lymph nodes. Either way, you should see your doctor to get some testing. Hope this helps!

Testing: Testing in itself is not immediately necessary. You can check with your local health department, but most guidelines would recommend a quarantine time period. If symptoms of fever, cough, SOB etcetera then test.  Some areas have COVID testing facilities   too.

: Never use abbreviations. I cannot answer as I am not certain what igf1 stands for where you are located. Immunoglobulin Funky 1 or what?  This can be deadly in medicine. I would look for cause of gastroparesis first and treat that.

Chocolate : This is not scientific but neither is having babies!   Try anything chocolate.   Eat romantic foods.   Avoid alcohol and stimulants.  Relax.  Enjoy being married without children.   The more you relax and enjoy your spouse the better your marriage will be and the more prepared you we be to be a parent.  You are learning patience and you will need it!   OB doctors have solutions for you when wanted

Foot problem: Usted puede enviar fotos del problema o visitar a un médico que puede examinar su pie y tratarla. Al ver a un médico es mejor porque puede examinar su pie y ver cómo el problema afecta a su de pie y su caminar.
