Plan B/ problems?: "Plan B" is not effective in every case of its use for "emergency contraception", and the symptoms may be related to pregnancy. Get a serum HCG test to be certain (very accurate).

How dry the hump?: I am sure that "dry humping" means different things to different people.  If sperm gets into the vagina there is always the possibility of pregnancy.  If this did not happen there is no chance.  Your Sx might suggest pregnancy.  If there is any question in your mind it is wise to check.

frequent urination, nausea, pelvic pain. i have huge pieces of white sediment but my doctor said culture and urinalysis came back fine.took 2 pregnancy tests at home and they're negative. period is due today and nothing yet. chance of pregnancy low?

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Doubt appendicitis : This is not a common story for appendicitis, and I would say is very unlikely to be appendicitis. If severe, consider ct scan to be sure. Gynecology consultation may also be helpful. Hope this helps!

Side effects: While breast pain and nausea might be attributable to hormones, the low back pain and pelvic pain is not typical.  You need to check a pregnancy test and call your doctor.

Inflammatory process: The source with color of vaginal discharge change and temperature elevation makes physicians to try to determine the source...infectious process as Pelvic Inflammatory Disease or ovarian cyst! Sonogram may be helpful...round of empiric antibiotics too...

Bowel pelvic adhesio: Bowel pelvic adhesions post supra cervical hysterectomy or total hysterectomy, may cause similar symptoms due to bowel inflammation.  The intestine can get stuck in an area such as vaginal cuff, or other respected areas in the pelvis due to inflammation or bleeding. 
If symptoms persist i would recommend laparoscopy rule out adhesions.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.   Since you are having nausea this may be related to the GI system

Not pregnant.: You may have an infection such as urinary tract infection. Sore breast could be due to hormonal problem. You had your period which eliminates a pregnancy.
