Endometriosis: If this is the diagnosis, treatment to be considered will be hormonal contraception such as pills, Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD, Nexplanon, Depo-provera....
. Lupron  injections may also be considered to stop menses for a length of time to improve the symptoms of endometriosis

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Possible: You can always get a blood pregnancy test which is more sensitive or repeat the test in a week or more. Also a good time to visit your ob/gyn for either contraception or preception counseling!

Only during period?: Not uncommon to have the nausea with the period especially at your age. Now the burning with eating is another issue. Try changing your diet to a healthy diet and plenty of water. Start with this. If symptoms do not improve see your doctor or ask for consult here

Period cramps: If you are sexually active then perhaps you have picked up an infection or perhaps you have an early pregnancy.  If symptoms continue you should get checked.
