GI check up: Bouts of abdominal pain and nausea for 3 months should be checked by your pcp or a gastroenterologist. Bouts of uncontrollable shakiness can be the forerunner of a fever and infection or be due to anxiety.

Yes: Yes but these ate not the classic symptoms.  The more typical symptoms are confusion,  symptoms similar to meningitis or a stroke,  unexplained weakness.  Numbness around the mouth, unexplained numbness of the tongue, unusual headaches can also be symptoms.

Vertigo: Vestibular issues of the inner ear, with something as minor as some congestion build up in the inner ear can wreak havoc on your balance system and cause your symptoms. It is often self-limiting and will resolve on its own, but if it persists, than see an ENT dr.  Best wishes.

Influenza : Usually, if you have the flu you know it!  symptoms usually include fever to 102- usually of a very rapid onset- where a person could remember the exact moment he felt ill.  Other symptoms include muscle aches, headache, chills, cough. While other viruses could mimic these symptoms they are usually not as severe or of such rapid onset.
