Lactose intolerance : Probably lactose intolerance.  Stop the milk for 1 week and see if the flatulence goes away.  If it does that is your answer and you could try lactose free products or buy lactose pills.

Examination: Talk to your primary care physician.  You may have done some damage with your alcohol abuse.  S/he can evaluate you for this and treat or refer you to the appropriate doctor.

Gingerale (that: contains real ginger) can be used for nausea. Sipping it may help to rehydrate a person.   However, I wouldn't recommend the dark colored sodas for this purpose. If u have stomach: Irritation from skipping meals or not eating regularly, yes it may cause nausea. Avoid intake of caffeine, soda, orange juice , spicy food etc. Follow up with your dr.

Could be???: Try cold tea, another type of tea.
 Tolerance ofCold means your body doesn't like the temp 
tolerance of another tea means your body doesn't like that type of tea.
Just don't drink that type of tea.

Not normal: Nausea may be gi-related (food poisoning, peptic disease, gastroparesis, due to biliary ; pancreatic disease, gas/bloat syndrome, small bowel problems). Consider "central" causes: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? Urinary tract), medication side effects, pregnancy, ; even reaction to stress. Find ; treat the cause--see doc.

A hangover ...: Drinking alcohol in excess has that effect (or worse).  Too much is toxic to the body and can leave you vomiting at the time. You can have nausea, headaches, and feel ill the next day as well.  Be sure to drink lots of water to help replenish your fluid supply and electrolyte drinks (gatorade) may help as well.  In the future, consider if this is how you like feeling before having too many.
