No bladder whirlpool: Think of bladder as a balloon with wall made of muscle. Muscular wall of bladder contracts, bladder neck &amp; sphincter relaxes &amp; urine exits bladder. Much as fluid would run out of a balloon filled with water empties when neck of balloon is released. Fluid just gets squeezed out.

can a person who experiences daily severe panic attacks die of it? are the so painful physical sensations dangerous? can these whirlpool of panic attacks (if experienced everyday) make a person dead?

No.: Bed sores are from unrelieved pressure, often in elderly, debilitated, or paralyzed individuals. Whirlpool therapy helps clean out infected pressure sore tissues; proper electrolytes in the water can be more gentle (iso-osmotic) than water alone, but there is nothing "special" in dead sea or any other salt that helps wounds heal faster than good wound care and pressure relief!

Not a simple answer: It depends on which medications you are on at the moment.  If it is 3 medications for pain control , then it my not be the best course of action. If it is 3 medications for blood pressure, then it may be appropriate depending on the doses of each and which mechanisms of action are being utilized.

should i change my migren medication to something else bcause im been taking ponstan and confergot for 10 years plus. what harm if i keep on taking it?

Depends: It depends upon how often you have migraine attacks. If the migraine is severe and frequent then you would be better off taking something to prevent these attacks. There are several meds approved for that purpose. Cafergot (ergotamine and caffeine) is useful only if you have infrequent migraine and its long term use is harmful.

i have taking nexito plus tablet six year.
my questions: taking six year the medication have same effect. or increase dosage?

Accepted Answer

Depends: This depends upon your current response to the medication. If you're doing well the same maintenance dosage should continue. Tolerance or tachyphylaxis to medication can occur and then the dosage may be increased. Your prescribing physician who knows you well is best qualified to advise you about dosage.

i need an alternative medication for vimovo that my medical aid plan, which is let care plus, covers.

Vimovo: is a combination drug of 500mg of Naprosyn and 20 mg of  esomperazol, Nexium,a PPI to prevent gastric irritation and reduces stomach acid.- The meds are available as generics, so you would have to take 2 separate pills. You could certainly subsitute Prilosex ( omerazole)  or Pepcid ( famotidine) or Zantac ( ranitidine); however, I suggest generics.

i am taking meloxicam. can i take alka-sektzer plus cold and flu also while i am on this medication?

Accepted Answer

Medication: You are on Meloxicam it is an NSAId and the Almka seltzer has Aspirin.  These have similar side effects on stomach and platelets.  This could be concerning ,but for a dose or two unlikely problem.
