Calcium in saliva: Regardless of whether you are a smoker or not, some individuals tend to accumulate more calcium precipitate (calcium mineral) on the lower anterior teeth and upper molars. It is of no consequence, conditions in your mouth i.e. Temperature, ph (acidity), etc. May contribute to the increased presence of calcium. Make sure you remove this calcium deposits from your teeth they may cause gum problems.

Not germaine: Sperm on egg is what causes pregnancy.  Because saliva contains many enzymes that could potentially interfere with sperm function it should theoretically not be used as a lubricant.  I am not sure if this is a real concern, but if you are trying to get pregnant and not having any luck then it is best to be conservative.

Not normal: It may be reflux problems that needs to be evaluate and treatment. You need to see doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.You also need to see dentist to make sure that there is not any cavitiesor other related dental problems.

Loss of libido: Sorry to hear that.  Loss of sex drive isn't normal in a 25 year old.  Although u may not have any known health problems your female hormones may still be out of sync.  Now ofcourse depending on your christian beliefs & if u r single perhaps it's good to abstain from sex but if u want to be sexually active i would destress as much as possible start a physical fitness regimen & eat a balanced meals.
