Not possible: The color of the eye is due to the structure of the iris inside the eye.  There is not way to change that color without causing severe damage to the eye and vision.  If you want a different color, then talk with your ophthalmologist about colored contact lenses which can give you a new color or enhance your current color.

No: Eye color is determined by the pigmentation, inherited, of the iris.  This is unaffected by any known natural agent, nor by any pharmacologic or practical surgical method as well.  You can get contact lenses with pigments in them that can change eye color.  Ask your ophthalmologist about this.
