Natural cure4eczema: Key is to keep the skin mositurized. Try castyor oil wraps over hte dry but not infected areas of ezema and leave it on for about 30 minutes. It will soften the skin. Tehn gently wash it off.

Contact dermatitis: Products containing balsam of peru can cause contact dermatitis which is very similar in appearance to eczema. The best approach is to avoid using all products containing balsam of peru. Simply avoiding certain foods is not enough. If the problem continues a visit to an allergist or dermatologist who does patch testing is in order.

can treat but not : Eczema can be treated by using moiturusers, steroid creams, or macrolide immune suppressants like Protopic some times combined with anti itch meds, and you can control eczema.
Some children and adults get the rash due to allergies to certain foods and you can advice the patients to tay oof these foods as well 
acute flare ups have to be treated aggressively some times.

Avoid scratching or rubbing the itchy area. Manage stress.

PIGMENTATION: I use eldoquin or hydroquinon 4 percent or the brand name lustra (hydroquinone) - af applied twice a day. Good luck!  if not succesful please see a dermatologist.The steroid cream we use for eczema if used for a long time will cause hypopigmentation.
