why do i get nasal ulcers? i do have an autoimmune disease.

Many causes: Nasal ulcers can occur due to a variety of things. Nasal sprays, when sprayed on the septum (the divider between l and r halves of the nose) can cause irritation and ulcers. Physical trauma (e.g., nose picking) can cause ulcers. Cocaine will stop blood flow to the lining of the nose, leading to ulcers. Vasculitis can cause bleeding or ulcers. Discuss your symptoms with an otolaryngologist (ent).

i have ankylosing spondylitis and recently started to get  nasal ulcers. is it related?

Possibly Related: Ankylosing spondylitis is caused by immune system dysfunction. Nasal ulcerations can also result from immune system problems.

red rash across nose and cheeks, worse after sun, tmj, reynauds, sore elbow joint, chronic dry eyes, non painful mouth ulcer. could this be lupus?

Lupus?: Go find out. The Lupus rash has a distinctive butterfly shape. There is a blood test to screen for Lupus. Your medical history will have to be revises, and you will have to be examined, to determine if you have Lupus.  See your General Practitioner or a specialist Endocrinologist for examination, imaging, lab tests, diagnosis, and appropriate treatment plan.

i had endoscope recently found out i have six gastric ulcers. i have lupus  sle &  can't stop taking my meds for lupus , now what ?

Treat the ulcers : These need to treated. You can continue your other meds. Your rheumatologist can guide you.

Rheumatologist...: Since one has Lupus and gets ulcers sometimes but considers this new one inside the cheeks different because it looks 'like the skin is burnt' which might be a sign of Necrosis, it might be a good idea to see one's Rheumatologist for evaluation asap.

It depends: Sores or ulcers or any localized abnormalities inside the mouth can arise from number of causes. Canker or aphtous stomatitis could happen due to excessive stress or during immune status changes or as side effects to some medications, or vitamin b, zinc, follic acid or iron  deficiencies..Also due to trauma or any source of irritation.Or could happen with certain systemic diseases.I.E lupus erythema.

See rheumatologist: The bleeding ulcer is not the usual presentation for lupus.  In fact, prednisone may worsen it.  You need to talk to your rheumatologist to make sure that the medications you are taking are not causing the ulcer and then a GI consult may be in order since this may have nothing to do with your lupus.

had endoscope a week ago, dr. found 6 bleeding ulcers, diagnosed  w/ sle lupus. vomited  blood & something looks like tissue  3xs is this possible ?

Medication or: Medication effect or anti-phospholipid syndrome.  Material should be collected for examination.

had a d&c for missed miscarriage on 14th october. since 15th october iv developed a ulcer on labia. its really painful and wont heal. not sti. i am under rheumatologist for ?lupus and being tested for periodic syndrome. could it be to do with that?

: If the rheumatologist is uncertain of the relationship of this nonsexual vulval ulcer to other coexisting conditions, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for evaluation. Rheumatologists are not as adept at diagnosing female genital ulcers. In the meantime apply cool compresses,lidocaine cream,white Vaseline or zinc oxide to obtain some relief of discomfort.
