Could be: Most "sinus" headaches aren't, but your pain could be. There are sinuses way in the back where you can have sinusitis without discharge or drainage. This may not be a benign problem. See your doctor.

Afrin (oxymetazoline): Afrin can irritate your nose especially if you taking it too long or it is too dry or already raw, try nasal saline and that is not enough, see your doctor for meds.

Burning mouth: Yes sometimes. Secondary yeast infections can come with such sprays and cause burning. Rinse your mouth out after using steroid sprays. If you have the problem now see your doctor to help you get rid of the oral candidiasis.

Hard to say: Hard to say without knowing more details. Post nasal drip and burning could be allergy related , but also a viral infection or a bacterial sinusitis. If symptoms Come And go depending on location and time of day, could be allergies. Also if symptoms Improve with antihistamines also sign of allergies
