Bartholin gland: It is either a Bartholin gland infection(pus extracted) or cyst(clear fluid). Either way, these can recur so have a GYN MD check out the area when you can in case you did not completely remove it and you need antibiotics.

Vaginal bump: bumps on the vaginal lips are common complaints and usually are nothing to worry about.  These include Bartholin's cysts which occur on the lower part of the lips outside of the vagina, Skene's duct cysts which occur on either side of the urethra, sebaceous cyst, clogged sweat glands, genital herpes, human papilloma virus, genital warts.  You should have it checked out by your doctor.
