Obgyn: Since you have irregular bleeding, malodorous discharge and vaginal itching an Obgyn visit is required to determine the cause and treatment. Vaginal yeast can cause itching. Bacterial vaginosis can cause odor. Neither are sexually transmitted. Irregular bleeding has a variety of causes.
