Doctor can evaluate: A normal vagina should have no bothersome symptoms like itching. There may be an imbalance in the normal acidity (pH) and the normal colonizing bacteria inside the vagina, perhaps even some overgrowth of yeast. If one has had sex, there can be more varieties of infectious problems or simply friction damage. Sometimes a person is allergic to a condom's components.

See GYN or Dermatolo: When you see the DR bring anything you might have applied there in the 3 weeks before it began. Perhaps you might have been exposed to something causing allergic reaction. Ever had it before? Any other area of skin affected? Any sexual activity, alone or with others? Show the DR anything used during menstrual bleeding.

Itchy labia: You may have an infectious condition in which case youll need bacterial and fungal cultures. Or it is possible you have a dermatological condition in which case you may want to dee a dermatologist.

Likely yeast: Red and itchy is almost always yeast. But it could also be an allergic reaction, or something else.  Daktacort contains both an anti-yeast and a steroid, so in theory it should address the two main issues.  Unfortunately, there is a lot of "resistant" yeast in the world, which the Daktacort may not kill.  I would recommend seeing a GYN for an exam, to rule out other problems.

i used dr.bronner's tea tree soap and didn't dilute and i got it near my vulvar area and my vagina is screaming at me. it is very itchy and irritated and there are little bumps forming around my labia minora. i can't afford a doctor what do i do?

: Try a cool sitz bath 10-15 minutes for several times next 24 hours. If you can buy lidocaine cream 4% OTC, you can apply the cream after the sitz bath for controlling those symptoms. You can't undo the irritated effect of that soap so you can only to wait until the effect wears off. Good luck.

Don't know reason.: Symptoms of a yeast infection may include: burning, redness &amp; itching of the vulva; burning with urination &amp; vaginal intercourse &amp; a clumpy, white, vaginal discharge with no odor. Sometimes the discharge isn’t apparent.  
If clothes are too tight in crotch - wear them looser. Wear cotton underwear vs synthetic. If sx's are consistent with yeast - treat with antifungal.

OTC yeast med: The most common reason for severe itching in this area is a yeast infection.  They often occur with a discharge but not always.  An over-the-counter antifungal such as Monistat-3 or GyneLotrimin (clotrimazole) would probably treat that effectively.  The source of the infection is inside the vagina, so treating inside as well as out is necessary.  If this does not work, you need to see a Gyn or your FP

Repeated treated vaginal infections after oral sex benefit by the use of listerine mouthwash by the partner before such activity.The oral cavity contains far more disease(pathogenic) causing bacteria than the vagina.

: You probably has fungal vaginitis or other vaginal infection.
You can try a anti-fungal lotion which should be available over the counter or you can ask the pharmacist. If the symptoms resolve within 2 days, you do have this condition. Otherwise, you should see a doctor.
Keep good hygiene for the genital area.

: There are several possibilities for such symptoms. Among the common causes are yeast infection, genital herpes, and allergy to vaginal products (e.g. perfumes etc). You cannot safely figure this out or treat it on your own. See a doctor ASAP; speed is especially important if it turns out to be herpes -- the earlier the better for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Good luck.
