See your doctor: That is very strange and unusual. That procedure should really not cause those symptoms. So the first question is why are you having symptoms and are they related to the procedure. You likely need an ultrasound and exam to figure out.

See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong.  One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests.  Follow with your doctor as soon as you can.  Things that can cause pains in the abdomen include heartburn, pneumonia, gallbladder problems, liver disease, kidney problems, appendicitis, colitis, uti, pregnancy, ovarian cysts...

Late period: is hormone related. nothing to do with tubal ligation.
fluttering in lower abdomen may be due to gas in bowels. doubt has any association with tubal ligation

Family medicine: Wow. You went to the er for a primary care problem? That was an expensive and ineffective choice. You have something infected or irritated in your intestines. This is a problem for your family doctor, not the er.

Pregnancy unlikely!: A tubal ligation performed at the time of c/s carries an extremely low failure rate over time.  While it is never wrong to go ahead and do a pregnancy test, this seems like an unlikely explanation for your "flutter".  In the right upper quadrant is your gallbladder, liver, and a portion of the large intestine.  Given the lack of pain, this is of low concern but should be discused with your doctor!

Get a GI evaluation: Something is happening in your GI tract. If it was a one-time occurrence give it time to see how you feel. If you have concerns then see a good GI doctor. It is possible to connect fatigue to GI problems- you might have anemia. That is definitely worth getting evaluated.

Intestinal: Tubal ligation makes pregnancy less likely. Intestinal causes such as diverticulitis may need to be ruled out. Because abdominal discomfort has several causes, a complete history and physical by your doctor would be recommended.

A tubal can fail: , not very often, butif u think u are preg do a home or blood test if you are not and have missed your period , please see your gyn for a workup.

Yes: Tubal ligation is very effective at preventing pregnancy but no contraceptive method is 100% effective. Therefore, if your cycle is delayed you should check a pregnancy test or even see you gynecologist for blood pregnancy test because if you are pregnant there is a chance it could be a tubal pregnancy and that needs to be addressed sooner rather than later.
