Referred Pain: Moderate DDD of the spine can refer pain into the hips, and genital region. There are other causes for testicular pain and therefore you can not assume it is related to the spine. May start with your primary doctor make sure there is no urogenital problems or other systemic issues.  If your pain is severe enough, a diagnostic spinal injection may help to reduce the pain and confirm this connection

my testicles ache and my erections are not as frequent or as strong as they usually are. what could that be? i also feel a slight ache in my lower stomach and it shoots down my leg as well.

If : If you have testicle pain and pain that shoots down your legs, you may have a problem with your low back/spine. If you have a pinched nerve, it could cause pain in the testicles. It could also cause you to have shooting pains down the legs. Other possibilities are  prostate infection or pelvic muscle spasm. You should get in to see your doctor.

Infection/trauma/tum: Pain in tests can be due to trauma to the scrotum or infection in testis(orchitis)epidydmitis, scrotal hernia, torsion of the testis, tumor of testis, kidney stones and inflammation

Testicular discomfor: Epididymitis is a cause of testicular discomfort and can be caused by sexually transmitted diseases, enlargement of the prostate or spreading from a bladder infection. If your discomfort persists, or there is testicular tenderness, chills, fever, urinary difficulty, penile discharge  or if you've had unprotected sex with an unknown partner, seek medical attention.

Varicocele: Usually related to varicocele which is related to a problem with valves in the testicular vein. Common on the left side. May lead to infertility. Can be treated by interventional radiologist by blocking off the vein with broken valves.

But your physically related only symptoms would urge one to make sure of no musculoskeletal causes. Ultrasound is usually useless if not done at right time.

i'm worried i have testicular cancer, i have researched and found that varicocele is a possibility, it is in the vein of my right testicle and aches?

Unlikely: Testicular cancer would produce a swelling of your testes as the first sign . If you have any suspect mass/swelling then you should go show it to your doctor or seek consultation with a urologist(who can also check you for varicocele).

restless legs from oxy withdraw,have same inner restlessness&inability to remain still coming from my testicles with slight ache.what is this?

Testicular akathisia: Not uncommon. Totally makes sense that you are having this also due to OxyContin/oxycodone withdrawal.  Make sure you are taking a multivitamin &amp; eating foods rich in B6 &amp; polyunsaturated fats. Ask your supervising provider if s/he thinks propranolol would be helpful to relieve symptoms. Benzos useful, but would be hesitant to use those given your circumstances. Perform self-check for mass as well
