WBC's in semen: A few wbc's r not uncommon in semen; higher numbers (> 1 million per ml) suggest infection/std such as chlamydia & can affect fertility. Discuss results with fertility specialist.

: Epithelial calls line the tubal structures on the way out &amp; these shed and are replaced by the body continuously. They also may be left over from the bladder &amp; which puts urine through the same tube. I wouldn't consider it an abnormal finding or think about it further.

I'm not sure how: much help I can be as the terms in your report are not the same as typically used here in the US.First, I don't see a volume report...how many ml was in the sample.  I don't know if "pro-motile" is the only category that should be considered motile...if so, it is low. The count is good. Infection should be considered with 6-8 pus cells/HPF. Best to review with your Doc and follow recommendation:)

Semen analysis: The semen analysis as above is normal except for the liquefaction which is more that 20 minutes and abnormal. However if your female significant other evaluation is normal and she is unable to conceive in one year, you can ask your gynecologist for a trial of insemination with a processed sperm as an option.

Yeah: I am a pathologist who look at sperm and look at sperm evaluations these are good numbers that's a lot of sperm and they are moving well safe and have morphological index.
