Need for examination: There are many causes of breast pain, including: abscess, fat necrosis, fibrocystic disease, ductal dilatation, breast cancer etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for a proper evaluation.

Could be PMS but: you may also be pregnant.  No form of birth control is 100 percent effective even though most approach that.  Do a pregnancy test in another week.

Breast evaluation: New breast lumps should always be evaluated by a doctor. At age 22   it is highly unlikely that this is a cancerous condition. You can schedule a visit to have an exam.  Breast cysts or fibrocystic changes are possible causes. Weight changes, diet, caffeine intake, ill fitting bras are all causes.

Hard to tell: It can be hard to guess whether a woman is pregnant or not. A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period, or after having a "weird" period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test.

Oral sex?: Oral sex doesn't cause a pregnancy unless there is some other fun activities going on. See your doctor: Pms can last a day to a week.  With your symptoms, you could have endometriosis.  See your gynecologist.

Not likely: PMS generally occurs in the days before your menstrual cycle. It also tends to occur every month. If this is the first time you have had these symptoms and you are mid cycle then other causes of bloating and breast pain should be considered

Breast pain: Breast pain is often related to weight gain, dietary changes, caffeine intake, poor fitting bras or clothes, breast cysts, fibrocystic tissue and others causes. Schedule a visit for an examination if you are concerned. During the visit the doctor can teach you how to do a breast self exam as well. Some get breast tenderness with PMS. Others do not.

PMS: Check urine/ blood HCG make sure you are not pregnant  otherwise  it can be variation which does occur.
