Gas: Carbon gas.  Highly fat containing diets or other extreme diets can have this type of 'floaters' in the stool.

Take a look: Firstly, don't be scared.
Worms are extremely rare in civilized countries with proper hygiene. 
However rare, occ. Someone can become infected.  All cases are rather easily treatable. 
Have a look ... Or have someone else have a look at your stool.  Most likely, it's nothing. If you find something, gather it with a tweezer and show it to your doctor.

Video?: Moving threads or having lots of motions?  If you have white moving threads those are worms and you will need medication for treatment and need to see a doctor.

Constipation: Constipation is definitely the symptom you experience. Letting your doc know and adding fiber to your diet will help in the long run. Sometimes work up is needed. In the short term a suppository, such as Bisacodyl may help by inducing a bowel movement.

my 7yr old daughter just went to take a poop when i wipe her i noticed a flat looking thing real skinny like a tooth pic not moving what is it ?

Pinworms: Sounds like possible pinworms. Kids ingest the eggs under their nails. The white string like worms come out to lay their eggs on the rectum. Albendazole or Mebendazole is the treatment.
