That is OK: An occasional irregularity in your menstrual periods is not of much worry. Give it another 2-3 months to become regular  on its own. Most times it will regulate itself.
Do you have a gynecologist where you can go for a check up??

Varies: Your menstrual cycle can vary from month to month and this is not considered abnormal. Keep a menstrual diary and if bleeding becomes quite heavy. see your GYN.

Irregular periods: If you have irregular periods and are having trouble getting pregnant then consider seeing an Obgyn for testing. They may want to test to see if you are ovulating or not.

Possibly : Implantation bleeding is usually not heavy and shouldn't cause you to be anemic or tired.

See doc: If you are bleeding &gt; 2 pads/hr and have symptoms of anemia (weakness, fatigue, diziness etc) - go to the ER. 
Otherwise schedule an appt with your doctor for further evaluation

Doubtful : Sounds like a really bad period with cramps. Try 3 aleve (naproxen) twice a day and warm baths curled up. Hope it helps!

Irregular period : Even with a history of regular periods, stress, infection, temporary hormone surges, and many other factors can affect the time of ovulation which, although occurring 14 days into your cycle, can occur as early as 7 days in, leading to your period a week early.  Follow up with your gynecologist if your cycles don't return to "normal.".
