my lap-myomectomy was on 3 weeks back.(sumucous fibroid).i was bleed 6-7 days.now my period came 10 days late.is it normal? it was regular before myo.

Not unusual: If the fibroid was submucosal, then the uterine lining was disrupted during the surgery so it is not unusual to expect some bleeding associated with that,  it is also not unusual that you would have normal "period bleeding" separate form the postoperative bleeding.  None of this sounds worrisome.

When was HPT done?: If it was done 10 days out - would trust results. If it was done right after missed period - would repeat it.

Irregular cycle: Sometime the cycle can become irregular.  So if you don't think your are pregnant then this can be a normal variant.

Periods: It is not uncommon to have an irregularity in your cycle. It will stop but if it becomes heavier you should see a doctor.

Not necessarily: As long as the timing between periods is similar and not off in time by less than a week, I doubt there is a problem. My guess is that you normally has heavy menstrual periods and have been blessed with a shorter and perhaps lighter one this time ! If you have more questions, please discuss with your OB if choice

Several posibilities: Would not be overly concerned about this unless it recurs. If that happens you might benefit from going and being examined by a gynecologist.

Possible reasons: The main reason for light periods is a change in hormone levels.  Causes for what seems to be a light period can include: implantation bleeding in early pregnancy, thyroid problems,  eating disorders, excessive exercise, initial periods for a girl, use of an intrauterine device, oral contraceptives & perimenopause.

Depends on history: Most people tend to have regular periods every month, occuring every 28-35 days with bleeding lasting for a fixed predictable duration. However, some people can have irregular periods that vary each month. You may elect to wait and see if you just missed your period (could be due to multiple reasons). 
If you have been having unprotected sex in the past, you may want to get a pregnancy test.
